Fireworks

Last night, we were able to watch the township's fireworks from our bathroom window. The kids had been sleeping but as soon as they started, Little Bear and Pudge ran out of their room to yell "fireworks!!" so we quickly went from room to room to find out where we could see them from.

Tonight, Papa took the kids to the store to get some sparklers. As soon as it got dark enough outside, we brought the party speaker on the porch and let the kids use the sparkler sticks.

Then we moved the cars and drew a box on the driveway that the kids weren't allowed to come out of while Papa lit the bigger sparklers on the driveway. The kids LOVED them and were clapping for some of their favorites. 

There were also some dance breaks in between while Papa was lighting more. 

Then the kids each got one more turn with a sparkler.

The older two danced a little longer while Papa sprayed down the driveway and Pequeño fell asleep on my shoulder.
