Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is always one of the kids favorite days.

This year, we also announced our pregnancy with baby Cinco while we were there.

Toy Story Land has recently opened and we couldn’t wait to check it out! We made our way there as soon as we walked into the park.

First ride of the day was the alien spin

We walked around to look at everything and the older kids and Papa went into Star Tours (which they LOVED!) while Cuatro and I stayed outside for his snack time.

We had a fast pass for one of the Indiana Jones shows but once we were in there, it was cancelled due to lightening in the area. We were given an extra fast pass and refunded our original one to make up for it. So we walked around for a while longer.

Our next fast pass was for the Frozen Sing Along. Pequeño loved it and sang all of the songs. They had forgotten about the snow that is dropped at the end so all of the kids thought it was amazing!

The kids were starting to get hot and cranky after walking around a little more. There were a few rain showers and we were able to modify our remaining fast pass to an evening time so we decided that it was the perfect time to head back to the resort for a rest and late lunch.

We came back to the park in time for the last Indiana Jones show (still the kids favorite!).

The kids got to interact with storm troopers that we saw marching by. They called the kids forward one by one and talked to them.

Later we walked back to Toy Story Land. We had a few snacks at Andy’s Lunchbox and watched Slinky’s roller coaster for a while.

Some of the kids and Papa went on the roller coaster and while they were waiting (over an hour), it started to get dark and the giant Christmas lights lit the area which was really neat.

The kids got a chance to see Woody, Jessie, and Buzz

and we went on Toy Story Mania 3D

We then went and got a snack while watching the Disney show that was projected outside followed by Star Wars fireworks. The kids were exhausted by the time we left so it was great that we had taken a mid day break.
